1. Introduction

Welcome to TaxWaveTop! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of tax services for financial optimization. By engaging our tax services or using our offerings, you agree to these terms and commit to fully comply with them.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Client Information – Our services are available to professionals and individuals seeking quality tax services for financial optimization. When engaging our services, we request information about your tax interests and preferences to help appropriate and targeted tax assistance.
2.2. Registration – Our tax services require prior consultation and case assessment by TaxWaveTop. You are obligated to provide accurate and current information about your tax interests and financial requirements, as well as relevant contact details.
2.3. Conduct Guidelines – During our tax service delivery and interactions, we expect the highest professionalism and respectful behavior. Any form of inappropriate communication, disruptive behavior, or breaches of our professional guidelines may lead to immediate termination of services.
2.4. Confidentiality – Clients commit to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during our premium services regarding tax practices, case strategies, and other clients.

3. Subscription Booking and Payment

3.1. Tax Service Engagement – Tax services can be engaged through our website, by phone, or via email and are binding after our written confirmation. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we reserve the right to accept or decline requests at our discretion.
3.2. Payment Terms – Tax service fees are due before the first consultation. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and for qualified clients, 30-day payment terms.
3.3. Corporate Services – For organizations requiring regular tax services, separate payment terms can be arranged as specified in the respective service contract.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – No fee is charged for cancellations up to 72 hours before a scheduled tax consultation. For cancellations within 72 hours, a cancellation fee of SGD 150 may apply. No-shows for scheduled tax sessions will be charged the full service fee.

4. Service Delivery and Changes

4.1. Service Planning and Execution

  • TaxWaveTop reserves the right to modify the availability of services, times, and tax specialists.
  • In case of service unavailability, appointments may be rescheduled or alternative tax options proposed.
  • Changes to appointments will be communicated to clients as early as possible with reasonable notice.
    4.2. Tax Documentation – All provided tax plans, assessments, and financial analyses are prepared with utmost care. However, the final responsibility for reviewing all tax information lies with the client and their tax advisors.

5. Premium Services and Special Requests

5.1. Premium Registration – Premium services and specialized tax access are subject to separate, stricter registration conditions, which are communicated before booking and are binding. This may include comprehensive financial assessments and tax verification.
5.2. Cancellation Terms for Premium Services – Cancellations for premium services must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Later cancellations will incur a fee of SGD 2,500.
5.3. Service Restrictions – For certain specialized tax services, we reserve the right to restrict or deny access based on legal requirements, regulatory restrictions, or insufficient qualification documentation of the interested party.

6. Liability Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – TaxWaveTop is only liable in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by our staff or tax experts. We assume no liability for the accuracy of financial information provided by third parties (banks, authorities, employers) or for errors in externally provided documents.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our tax providers conduct thorough assessments and tax evaluations but do not independently verify all technical, financial, or regulatory details. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult independent tax professionals, financial advisors, and tax experts.

7. Discretion and Confidentiality

7.1. Confidentiality Agreement – All parties commit to absolute discretion regarding all tax services, client identities, and service details. This applies even after the termination of the tax relationship.
7.2. Media Waiver – Clients agree not to disclose details about their relationship with TaxWaveTop or provided tax solutions to media or third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is carried out according to our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and should be carefully read.
8.2. Tax Records – We maintain confidential records of tax services and consultations. These records are kept secure and in accordance with the highest data protection standards.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Service Quality – At TaxWaveTop, we strive to provide exceptional tax services. If you are not completely satisfied with the tax assistance received, please notify us within 14 business days after service delivery.

9.2. Refund Eligibility – Refunds or service credits may be granted at our discretion if:

  • There was a demonstrable error in tax service delivery or representation attributable to our staff
  • Essential tax information was incorrectly or misleadingly presented through our fault
  • Premium tax services were not delivered as promised or described
  • For justified complaints about the quality of our tax services

9.3. Refund Process – To request a refund or service adjustment, please contact our client care team in writing with details of your concerns and relevant documentation. We will review each case individually and discreetly and respond within 7 business days.

9.4. Limitations – Please note that refunds may not be available for:

  • Tax services already fully provided according to agreed service criteria
  • Circumstances where the client provided incomplete or inaccurate information about their tax interests or financial needs
  • Requests made more than 60 days after service delivery
  • Rejections of tax services by the client due to changed personal circumstances or preferences
  • Tax conditions or service availability outside our control

9.5. Alternative Solutions – In appropriate cases, we may offer extended tax services, access to alternative tax programs, or partial credits instead of a full refund, depending on the nature of the concern. Our goal is to find a satisfactory and discreet solution for all parties involved.

10. Refund Policy

10.1. Refund Eligibility – TaxWaveTop offers refunds for tax services under specific circumstances. Refunds may be considered when services are not delivered as promised, when there are demonstrable errors in our tax advice, or when clients are not satisfied with the quality of service provided.

10.2. Refund Process – To request a refund, clients must contact our customer service team within 30 days of service completion. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be communicated within 10 business days.

10.3. Refund Limitations – Refunds are not available for services that have been fully completed according to the agreed scope, for changes in client circumstances, or for services where the client provided incomplete or inaccurate information that affected the service delivery.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
11.2. Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of TaxWaveTop, to the extent permitted by law.
